Hotel Reservation

Important Information

1. Room rates listed above are inclusive of prevailing taxes and daily breakfast (breakfast for one person for single room bookings and breakfasts for two persons for twin room bookings).
2. Please note that you can only check-in to your room from 14:00 hrs on the date of check-in. If you are arriving early in the morning and wish to check-in upon arrival, you will have to reserve the room starting from the day before.
3. The official check-out time at the hotels is 12 noon on the day of check-out. Late check out can be requested but will be subjected to room availability.
4. Room rates listed above may be subjected to change depending on room availability at the time of reservation.
5. Please ensure that you have read and understood the reservation procedure and cancellation policy before your proceed to make your reservation.

Reservation Procedure

1. Complete the hotel reservation form and fax or email back to the appointed travel agent:

2. Please ensure that your check-in, check-out dates and the number of room nights are correctly entered, as no shortening of the number of room nights reserved are allowed upon confirmation.
3. Receipt of the reservation form do NOT constitute confirmation of reservation. Your reservation will be subjected to the availability of room(s) at the selected hotel. The travel agent will contact you by email within one week of receipt of your reservation form.
4. If there is no room available at the hotel of your choice, alternative hotel(s) in a similar category will be recommended for your consideration.
5. The total room charges will be made to your credit card account 14 days before your stated check-in date.
6. The merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be “Lotus Travel Pte Ltd”.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations are to be made in writing to LOTUS TRAVEL PTE LTD.
2. For cancellation notice received two weeks before check-in date, an administration charge of S$50 will be imposed.
3. For cancellation received between 8 to 14 days before check-in date, a one-night room charge will be imposed.
4. For cancellation received between 4 to 7 days before check-in date, 50% of the total room charge will be imposed.

There will be NO refund for cancellation received less than 3 days before check-in date.
