Abstract Submittal Instructions

Format abstracts on an 8½” x 11” area with the title centered in UPPER CASE, leaving a double-line spacing followed by the name(s) of the author(s) and their affiliation CENTERED.  Please use a font size no smaller than 10-point along with a margin of 1” on all sides.  Abstracts will be accepted as PDF documents only in order to eliminate the complications arising from a multiplicity of software packages used to create the documents.

Please submit a 2-page extended abstract that outlines (with one page text and the other figures) the key elements of the presentation. Figures should be clear enough with axis markings and legends that are legible.

Please also note that some of the Invited speakers will be selected from the extended abstracts that are submitted, based upon the quality of the abstracts.

Hard copies will not be accepted.
