Accommodation
Accommodation in King's College can be booked and paid for at the same time as paying your delegate fees. All rooms in King's College have internet access. You may also make your own accommodation arrangements outside of the University. See below for some useful links.
Children under 16 years: Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to stay in Downing College accommodation.

Cancellations received in writing by 21 May 2011 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds given after that date.

Substitution of registered delegates by other people is allowed at no charge until 24 July 2011
Alternative accommodation:
There are also a number of hotels within walking
distance of the conference. If you prefer not to stay in a
College see Bed & Breakfast accommodation in Cambridge, or Hotel
accommodation in Cambridge. You are advised to look for
somewhere within walking distance of the City centre as road travel in
the Cambridge area can be slow and time consuming.
